PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a name card data verification system accurately compiling paper name cards into a database by checking, correcting, and accumulating name card data.SOLUTION: The name card data verification system for checking, correcting, and accumulating name card data includes the functions of: OCR processing name cards and compiling them into data; normalizing digitalized information for data verification and decomposing them into parts; verifying the decomposed parts with a name card verification database and/or a potential customer database to perform a true/false determination and present candidates; and displaying the verification results by coloring them according to "no data", "discord", "accord", or "including data", respectively. |
