PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel and highly efficient method for introducing a molecule in a cell.SOLUTION: Provided is a method for introducing a molecule into a cultured cell comprising the steps of: replacing a culture medium in which cells are cultured with a cryopreserving solution; and freezing the cultured cell with the cryopreserving solution, where the cryopreserving solution contains carboxylatedε-poly-L-lysine as a cryoprotectant and nanoparticles (a carrier) carrying the molecules to be introduced.
