PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bookmark which can be simply positioned with respect to a document and of which generation of a crack can be prevented. ! SOLUTION: A bookmark 11 is equipped with one thin sheet body 12. The thin sheet body 12 extends in one plane, and defines a short side 16 in contact with a first straight line 17 in the one plane, and a long side 15a in contact with a second straight line 13 which is orthogonal to the first straight line 17 in the one plane. An auxiliary thin sheet 21 is continuous with the short side 16 of the thin sheet body 12, extends along the first straight line 17 towards the outside from te second straight line 13, and is bent around the first straight line 17 from in-plane posture in which the auxiliary thin sheet extends in the one plane, to a standing posture orthogonal to the one plane.
