A content provision system provided with: a content server which provides content information including a plurality of instances of content and content identification information corresponding to these; and a mobile terminal provided with a content agent which stores content information in synchronization with the content server, extracts and outputs via an output means at least one of the plurality of instances of content either before establishing a phone call connection from an incoming call and/or after the phone call has ended, or when receiving a message, and requests from the content server a reward based on the output of the content. The content server further includes, as the content information, incoming call information and message content information of the mobile terminal. The content agent is further provided with a content player which outputs the content in a screen of the output means either before establishing the phone call connection and/or after the phone call has ended, or when receiving the message. The content agent makes the content player output at higher priority than other agents.
