PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an impedance upper and a terminal using the same capable of reducing the voltage drop of output voltage even when used for a terminal with a load current larger than conventional terminal.SOLUTION: The impedance upper includes: input terminals T1 and T2; a transistor TR1 with the collector which is electrically connected to an input terminal T1; and an output terminal T3 which is electrically connected to the emitter of the transistor TR1. A first capacitor C1 is interposed between the base of the transistor TR1 and the reference potential point, and the collector and the base of the transistor TR1 are electrically connected to each other through a first impedance component 21. A second impedance component 22 is interposed between the emitter of the transistor TR1 and the output terminal T3, and the first impedance component 21 has a first inductor L1. |
