The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a bumper back beam for a vehicle which has high quality and productivity by using a composite material and a synthetic resin. To achieve the above purpose, the manufacturing method comprises: a preparation step of preparing a composite material sheet, a rotating mold, a shaping mold, an injection mold, a heater, and an injector; a sheet cutting step of cutting the composite material sheet in a size to be applied to a back beam; a sheet preheating step of heating the cut sheets; a sheet shaping and cutting step of inserting the preheated sheets in the rotating mold, pressurizing and combining the shaping mold in the rotating mold, and simultaneously shaping the sheets and cutting the rest part of the sheets; a mold rotation step of separating the shaping mold in the rotating mold, and rotating the rotating mold; an injection step of combining the injection mold with the rotating mold, injecting a resin, and completing the back beam; and a product separation step of separating the injection mold, and separating the completed back beam from the rotating mold.
