The present invention relates to benzoxazinone derivatives or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, a manufacturing method thereof and a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating diseases caused by excessively active urotensin-II receptors including the same as active ingredients wherein the benzoxazinone derivative plays an antagonist role for the urotensin-II receptors and is accordingly used for preventing, improving or treating diseases caused by excessively active urotensin-II receptors such as congestive heart failure, ischemic heart disease, myocardial infraction, cardiomegaly, myofibrosis cordis, coronary artery disease, arteriosclerosis, high blood pressure, asthma, renal failure, diabetes, vascular inflammation, neurodegenerative disease, stroke, pain, depression, psychosis and cancer.
