<p>The present invention relates to a hard core panel which is built in a ship and light weight and, more specifically, a high water resistanct hard core panel, which is manufactured by mixing 100 parts by weight of inorganic binder consisting of 50-94 parts by weight of liquid phase silicate; 5-30 parts by weight of nanosilica; 0.5-10 parts by weigh of Li based additive; and 0.5-10 parts by weight of a silane compound with 35-70 parts by weight of inorganic filler and 15-45 parts by weight of a strength reinforcing agent, and a manufacturing method thereof wherein the hard core panel is manufactured by vaporizing water from the inorganic binder to improve water resistance and the inorganic compound mixed with inorganic additives to improve physical properties with heat compression and curing the same, thereby enabling the hard core to secure improved light weight, mechanical properties and flame retardancy.</p> |
