<p>The present invention relates to a composition for manufacturing heat-resisting pottery having high density and high thermal resistance, a manufacturing method of heat-resisting pottery having high density and high thermal resistance using the same, and heat-resisting pottery having high density and high thermal resistance manufactured thereby, specifically, to a composition comprising: (i) a component of forming a nano-crystalline phase of cordierite including kaolin, kaolinite, and oxide of magnesium (MgO); and (ii) petalite. In the case of using the composition for manufacturing a heat-resisting pottery, since the present invention produces a crystalline phase of cordierite and a crystalline phase of lithium aluminum silicate (LAS) though calcinating for manufacturing a normal pottery at calcination temperature and has a fine microstructure, a crack does not occur when quickly cooling the pottery after heating the pottery at high temperatures (for example, 600°C), and the heat-resisting pottery having high density and high thermal resistance with less than or equal to 0.2% of an absorption rate can be manufactured. The present invention also enables to reduce manufacturing costs due to enabling to reduce an additional amount of the petalite used as a main material when manufacturing the heat-resisting pottery from the past.</p> |
