PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soundproof structure of a rail capable of preventing corrosion of a surface of a rail, and capable of easily manufacturing a soundproof material.SOLUTION: The soundproof material 8 is a member installed on the rail R and reducing noise. A vibration-proof material 9 is a member for restraining vibration of the rail R, and a sound insulation material 10 is a member for intercepting the noise. A discharge improvement layer 9d is a part for improving discharge of liquid infiltrating into a clearance between the vibration-proof material 9 and the rail R, and is integrally formed with this soundproof material 8 on a surface of the soundproof material 8 on the opposed side to the rail R. The discharge improvement layer 9d is formed so that density of a skin layer on the inside surface 9a side of this vibration-proof material 9 becomes higher than density of a part (a body part) except this skin layer, for example, when the vibration-proof material 9 is independent foam and high density foam rubber such as EPDM. The discharge improvement layer 9d is smooth in a surface on the opposed side to the surface of the rail R. |
