摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control the shape of an air-fuel mixture layer formed in a combustion chamber.SOLUTION: A control device of a direct-injection gasoline engine comprises a fuel injection control part (engine controller 100) which is configured to control the fuel injection mode of an injector 33. The fuel injection control part changes the injection mode of the injector by varying a lift and a fuel injection interval of the injector, respectively. The fuel injection control part, according to the operation state of an engine body, switches between a first injection mode including a plurality of fuel injections, in which the lift of the injector is reduced and the fuel injection interval is narrowed, and a second injection mode including a plurality of fuel injections, in which the lift of the injector is increased more than that in the first injection mode and the fuel injection interval is widened more than that in the first injection mode.
