SOLUTION: A photoelectric composite connector is composed of two connectors, each of which has at least one optical connection part and at least two electric connection parts, one of the electric connection parts to be connected to each other is a pin 32 and the another is a spring contact 44b. A connector having the spring contact 44b (receptacle 40) has a positioning hole 42d, into which the pin 32 is to be inserted, in front of the spring contact 44b. Electric connection is established by a tip of the pin 32 contacting with the spring contact 44b. Positioning for optical connection is established by a bottom of the pin 32 fitting into the positioning hole 42d. One of the connectors (receptacle 40) includes an optical component including the optical connection part which is detachably attached to an accommodation component for accommodating the optical component. !
