PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the performance in riding over a step when going rearward.SOLUTION: If a load ratio Rt of a second motor is limited to a value smaller than a value 1 for riding over a step when going rearward in an EV travel mode (S100-S110), an engine motoring by a first motor is started at recovery timing where a load ratio Rt (absolute value of second torque limit Tm2min2) under limit becomes maximum (S120-S130). This makes it possible to generate larger torque for going rearward on a drive shaft at the aforementioned timing, improving the performance in riding over a step. |
