PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a barley tea beverage having a thick taste with bitterness.SOLUTION: The barley tea beverage has soluble solid concentration of 0.600 to 1.500 mass%, and maltose concentration of 5.0 to 100 mg/L. The barley tea beverage includes at least an extract derived from malt. The ratio of maltose to starch in the barley tea beverage (maltose (mg/L)/starch (mg/L)) is adjusted to 0.0050 to 0.1600. |
