PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve heat resistance of a telescopic joint used for thermal elongation absorption of a pipeline inserted into a high temperature and high pressure place.SOLUTION: A double structure telescopic joint 40 for high temperature and high pressure used for thermal elongation absorption of a pipeline (diffuser tube 30) inserted into a high temperature and high pressure place includes: a ring-shaped first flange plate 42 connected to a stationary flange plate 26 of an insertion port 24 in the pipeline 30; a ring-shaped second flange plate 44 connected to a pipe end flange plate 32 of the pipeline 30; a heat resistance material-based cornice 46 fixed with the first flange plate 42 and the second flange plate 44; and heat insulation materials 50, 64 filled between the pipeline 30 and the cornice 46.
