PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stretch instrument capable of suppressing an increase in curvature of a lumbar vertebra when a user performs stretching.SOLUTION: A stretch instrument 1 includes a body 10, pelvic air bags 52 and 54, a lower limb support part 30, and a control part 100. The body 10 can support a user in a supine posture from a lower position ZB. The pelvic air bags 52 and 54 impart a force to the user's pelvis. The lower limb support part 30 adjusts lordosis of a lumbar vertebra by lifting the lower limbs of user lying on his/her back on the body 10. The control part 100 controls the pelvic air bags 52 and 54. |
