PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noodle container with hot water draining function, having a simple construction and being capable of cooking noodle by draining hot water without discarding the drained liquid to the outside.SOLUTION: A noodle container with hot water draining function 100 comprises a container having a double-layered structure partitioned by a middle plate 30 into a lower first space 40 and a second space 50 which is covered by a lid 10. The second space 50 stores noodle 51 to be cooked, and the middle plate 30 has a hot water draining hole 31 which communicates between the first space 40 and the second space 50 and hot water draining hole opening/closing means 60 for closing the hot water draining hole 31 while the noodle to be cooked 51 is cooked by hot water and opening the hot water draining hole 31 when draining hot water so as to let the hot water in the second space 50 flow into the first space 40. Reverse flow prevention means 70 for preventing the hot water flowed into the first space 40 from flowing back to the second space 50 is provided in the first space 40 under the hot water draining hole 31. |
