PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide failure information corresponding to a vehicle model or travel conditions.SOLUTION: A vehicle failure information providing system is configured to register, in the storage device of a failure information analysis providing server 200, basic vehicle information from a vehicle information registration terminal 30, fixed time interval travel information from in-vehicle equipment 110 at a fixed time interval, event occurrence time travel information from the in-vehicle equipment 110 at the time of the occurrence of an event such as sudden acceleration/sudden deceleration, failure information from the in-vehicle equipment 110 at the time of the occurrence of a vehicle failure, repair information and maintenance information from a maintenance information registration terminal 40, and the topographic information and weather information of a vehicle travel region and a failure occurrence region from a map information providing site 400 and a temperature/weather information providing site 500.
