PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a customer service business efficiency support device capable of performing personnel assignment by indicating candidates of a required number of people and skilled human resource, based on a past transaction result of a client who needs human support such as a handicapped person or a foreigner.SOLUTION: The customer service business efficiency support device comprises: an input part 11 for inputting a condition when personnel assignment is performed and information of skill of personnel; an output part 12 for outputting a calculation result of the personnel assignment processing: a history tabulation part 13 for tabulating transaction history of store business or appliance; a change calculation part 14 for calculating time-series change of the transaction history; and an assignment calculation part 15 for calculating the personnel assignment based on the calculation result of the change calculation part. |
