PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a particle trajectory detection method capable of detecting a trajectory drawn by particles descending in a vessel and a particle velocity distribution. ! SOLUTION: A plurality of particles stored in a vessel 10 and having predetermined particle sizes are caused to descend by gravity. A method includes: a step of providing a plurality of transmitters 20 at different positions outside of the vessel 10; a step of providing a receiver for at least one of the particles stored in the vessel 10; a step of receiver's recording signals received from the transmitters 20 as a data log; a step of collecting the receiver; and a step of determining a trajectory of the particles on the basis of the signals recorded by the collected receiver. !
