The present invention relates to a light shelf louver device and, more specifically, relates to a light shelf louver device capable of serving as a louver which reflects horizontal beams during sunrise or sunset to prevent the horizontal beams from entering indoors by adjusting a height and an angle of the light shelf louver attached to a frame of a window in accordance to a solar altitude, and also to serve as a light shelf to control indoor illumination by reflecting sunlight inside during the daytime. The light shelf louver device comprises: a guide rail vertically attached to the window of a building; and the light shelf louver coupled to the guide rail to be movable, having a light reflection surface formed on at least one surface to reflect light.
