<p>Disclosed are a method for implementing a distributive call centre, a distributive call centre and a relevant apparatus. The apparatus comprises an attendant terminal and a public domain server. The attendant terminal may comprise: a registration module for sending to a public domain server a registration application to register the attendant terminal as an attendant, and receiving an attendant identifier returned by the public domain server; and an attendant node module for sending to the public domain server a participation request which includes the attendant identifier and an identifier of a first virtual call centre, receiving a sign-in and authorization code of the first virtual call centre returned by the public domain server, and using the sign-in and authorization code to sign in the first virtual call centre to make the attendant terminal become an attendant node of the first virtual call centre. In the technical solution of the present invention, a plurality of attendant terminals can be organized into a distributive call centre which does not need a service end or a centre computer room in operation, which has a simple architecture and is easy to implement.</p> |
