PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a caulk-fastening structure of which a workability is increased, and which caulk-fastens a caulking piece into a fastening hole with a good positional accuracy and a high fastening force without rattling of the caulking piece thereby capable of fastening between plate members.SOLUTION: A caulk-fastening structure 1 includes a first plate member 10 and a second plate member 20. The first plate member 10 includes a plate body 11, and a T-shaped caulking piece 12 which is so formed on the plate body 11 as to extend, and the second plate member 20 includes a fastening hole 21 through which the caulking piece 12 is penetrated. The caulking piece 12 includes a shank 13 and a pair of holding pieces 17. End faces of the pair of holding pieces 17 on the plate body 11 side are so configured as to be inclined in a direction separating from the plate body 11 as approaching from one end on the shank 13 side to both the other ends, a dimension from the plate body 11 to the one end of the end face on the shank 13 side is smaller than a plate thickness of the second plate member 20, and a dimension from the plate body 11 to both the other ends of the end face is larger than a plate thickness of the second plate member 20.
