　The purpose of the present invention is to provide a modified polyolefin resin having excellent adhesiveness with metals and nonpolar base materials such as polyolefin resins and excellent solution stability at low temperature. The present invention provides a modified polyolefin resin in which a polyolefin resin (component (A)) is graft modified by a α,β-unsaturated carboxylic acid and/or a derivative thereof (component (B)) and a (meth)acrylic acid ester (component (C)), wherein the modified polyolefin resin has a melting point by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) of from 91°C to less than 120°C and a weight-average molecular weight of from 100,000 to 200,000.
