PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformly arrange sticks of fried potato with ununiformity in length, and to mechanically remove sticks of fried potato having parts such as black spots or scorches (black stains) or sticks of fried potato with deformations.SOLUTION: An automatic sorter of processed food comprises an automatic cutting device that stops processed food that has been conveyed such as frozen fried potato at a predetermined position to cut and discharge a part exceeding a preset length, and an automatic inspection device that brings the processed food that has been conveyed into contact with a projection piece of a slewing gear to rotate it in a gap between the slewing gear and a conveyer, photographs the rotating processed food with an image sensor, and sorts the quality of the processed food by determining whether or not requirements preset in the image processing part are satisfied. |
