Disclosed are a method and device for adjusting and controlling signal quality, which are applied to the technical field of wireless communications. By means of a service quality parameter which does not satisfy a pre-set condition and which is reported by a user equipment to a network-side entity, network conditions are displayed more generally from the angle of the UE, so that the network-side entity can adjust and control a service signal of the user equipment, thereby achieving the purposes of improving the service signal quality of the user equipment and improving the user experience.
