摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a solar battery film with a touch panel with a predetermined light transmissive heat-resistant film and a transparent adhesion layer, in which the touch panel and a solar battery are put together according to a predetermined manufacturing process.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a solar battery film with a touch panel comprises the steps of: forming, on one principal surface of a support substrate, a light transmissive heat-resistant film and a thin-film solar battery in this order; etching the thin-film solar battery in a striped pattern, thereby forming concave portions in one principal surface of the thin-film solar battery; forming the touch panel over the thin-film solar battery on the side of the one principal surface with a transparent adhesion layer interposed; and peeling off the light transmissive heat-resistant film from the support substrate, thereby forming the solar battery film with the touch panel. It is preferable to perform the above steps in this order. The thin-film solar battery film preferably has a thickness of 6-155 μm.
