PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray inspection device which can inspect the state of a rod-shaped object in an article to which the rod-shaped object is inserted.SOLUTION: An X-ray inspection device includes: an image generation part 20 which emits an X-ray to an article having a main body and a rod-shaped object inserted to the main body and generates an X-ray transmission image on the basis of the X-ray transmitted through the article; a processing part 22 which performs processing for distinguishing the main body of the article from the rod-shaped object in the X-ray transmission image generated by the image generation part 20; a region setting part 24 which sets a region where the rod-shaped object should exist in the main body; and an inspection part 26 which inspects the state of the rod-shaped object on the basis of the rod-shaped object distinguished by the processing part 22 and the region set by the region setting part 24. |
