PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance game amusement by providing a new game property based on entry of game balls into a prescribed ball entry hole.SOLUTION: A game machine is provided with a start port sorting device 60 which sorts game balls entering a ball entry hole 61 into a first start port 36 or a second start port 38. Until a timer measures a first time after power is supplied, the start port sorting device 60 maintains a first mode in which to sort game balls into the first start port 36 and to generate reservation of a first special symbol; until the timer measures a second time after it measures the first time, the start port sorting device 60 maintains a second mode in which to sort the game balls to the second start port 38 and to generate reservation of a second special symbol. Thus, a new game property that a game period in which the first special symbol is variably displayed and a game period in which a second special symbol is variably displayed occur successively can be provided. |
