DIGITAL SERIAL-TO-PARALLEL CONVERTER AND GAAS MMIC USING THE SAME

Suggested are a digital serial-to-parallel converter and a GaAa MMIC using the same, capable of stably performing the operation of a D flip flop and minimizing the malfunction of a circuit in embodying a GaAa MMIC digital serial-to-parallel converter. The digital serial-to-parallel converter includes a conversion part which changes the clock signal of inputted TTL, series data and a load signal into a DCFL signal, D flip flops which moves the series data inputted through the conversion part to the D flip flop of a next terminal by a clock signal inputted through the conversion part and outputs the series data of the D flip flop of the next terminal by a load signal inputted through the convention part, and buffers which receive the series data from the D flip flops, generate a complementary signal and output it.
