In the present invention, there is disclosed a process for preparing lavender wine from bunches of grapes, enriched with extracts of lavender wherein the invention is characterized in that it is important that the uses bunches of grapes are the result of bio production or biodynamic production. The bunches of grapes are put onto dried blossom the lavender. The lavender blossom serve as a bed for drying the bunches of grapes for the production of the lavender wine. After drying, the bunches of grapes are pressed and macerated along with the lavender blossom. Optionally, the lavender blossom can already be macerated during fermentation or in the finished wine of dried bunches of grapes. Both dried and fresh blossom is suitable. |
