PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cellulase mutant having improved protease resistance, and stably existable in a liquid detergent.SOLUTION: There is provided a polypeptide including a polypeptide represented by an amino acid sequence in which amino acid residues at the 324th to the 330th positions or amino acid residues of positions corresponding thereto of a specific amino acid sequence are deleted in the specific amino acid sequence represented by the first to the 369th positions or having ≥80% sequence identity thereto, and having an alkaline cellulase activity. |
