<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gripping device for a handling machine which can prevent local concentration of a weight of an object to be gripped. <P>SOLUTION: A gripping device 30 installed at the tip of an arm 20 in a handling machine 1 comprises a first member 31 which is installed at the tip of the arm 20 to be tiltable and a second member 51 which is installed in the first member 31 to be rotatable. In the gripping device, the second member 51 is provided with at least one pair of support pieces 55 and 55 and the pair of support pieces 55 and 55 are configured to grip an object to be gripped (steel segment) by pressing a pair of plates installed in the object to be gripped from the inside of the plates. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
