<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic shield chamber which enables a door way to be formed without providing joining and separating parts of magnetic members. <P>SOLUTION: A magnetic shield chamber 1 forms a shielded space 4 magnetically shielded and includes a first magnetic shield structure part 10 enclosing the shielded space 4. The first magnetic shield structure part 10 forms an annular shape enclosing the shielded space 4 and also forms a thin plate like shape having a thickness in the predetermined first axial direction. Further, the first magnetic shield structure part 10 has multiple first annular magnetic bodies 13 arranged so as to be spaced away from each other in the first axial direction and a first support part 14 supporting at least a part of the first annular magnetic bodies 13 so as to move in the first axial direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
