The present invention relates to an acrylic graft copolymer composition in a core-shell structure, which is used in an epoxy resin, thereby improving impact strength of the resin and is used for improving surface properties, thereby improving adhesive strength, and a manufacturing method thereof and an epoxy resin composition including the same wherein the acrylic graft copolymer composition in the core-shell structure includes monomers denoted by chemical formula 1 and is used for manufacturing epoxy resins, thereby enabling the manufactured epoxy resin to maintain good heat resistance, increase impact strength and improve adhesive strength due to improved surface properties. |
