<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To overcome, in a conductor having a structure in which a second conductor overlays, with an insulative sheet disposed therebetween, a first conductor having a first terminal connection portion, the first terminal connection portion (hereinafter designated as the connection portion) is allowed to be exposed on a surface of the second conductor through a terminal connection portion receiving hole (hereinafter designated as the receiving hole) provided in the second conductor, and the first connection portion and the second conductor are insulated from each other by an insulative projection inserted into the receiving hole, a problem in which the number of components is large because the insulative projection is formed separately from the insulative sheet. <P>SOLUTION: In a conductor 4, a second conductor 7 overlays, with an insulative sheet 6 provided therebetween, a first conductor 5 having a first connection portion 8, the first connection portion 8 is allowed to be exposed on a surface of the second conductor 7 through a receiving hole 11 provided in the second conductor 7, and the first connection portion 8 and the second conductor 7 are insulated from each other by an insulative projection 12 inserted into the receiving hole 11.
