<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate an output document including information extracted from the respective latest versions of a plurality of documents. <P>SOLUTION: According to a registration request to specify a document and a type of the document, a document information extraction unit 120 of a server 10 extracts information of one or more items preset according to the type of the specified document from the document. A history registration unit 130 registers the extracted information of each item and the time when receiving the registration request with a document information DB 140 in association with a document ID of the document.
