A method and a device to transmit HARQ ACK/NACK are provided. The present invention comprises: a reception unit which receives physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH), and physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) indicating the PDSCH; a terminal processor which generates HARQ-ACK, indicating one among ACK/NACK/DTX (discontinuous transmission) for PDSCH of each downlink sub-frame, and maps first and second combinations of the HARQ-ACKs to a predetermined resource index and a modulation symbol; and a transmission unit which transmits HARQ ACK/NACK by using the resource index and the modulation symbol, in an uplink sub-frame related to the at least one downlink sub-frame. |
