The present invention relates to a hydrocarbon based polymer electrolyte composite film including a sulfonated hydrocarbon based polymer and silica particles whose surface is reformed by a sulfone group, a manufacturing method thereof, and an energy storage device such as a secondary battery or a fuel cell including a hydrocarbon based polymer electrolyte composite membrane. Provided is an energy storage device such as a fuel cell which can have excellent stability even if operated for a long period of time, maintain cell performance, and secure long-term operation performance since high-ionic conductivity and durability are maintained under high temperatures and low humidity.
