<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substrate for suspension capable of improving the reliability of electric connection to a conductive adhesive for connecting an actuator element. <P>SOLUTION: A substrate 1 for suspension includes an insulating layer 10, a metal support layer 11 provided on the insulating layer 10, and a wiring layer 12 provided on the insulating layer 10 to have a plurality of wiring lines and a wiring connection part 16 provided in a connection structure area to be electrically connected to an actuator element 44 through a conductive adhesive. In the connection structure area, an injection hole 30 is provided, having a metal support layer through hole 31 penetrating the metal support layer 11 and an insulating layer through hole 32 penetrating the insulating layer 10, exposing a lateral surface of the actuator 44 of the wiring connection part 16, and allowing the conductive adhesive to inject thereinto. An outer edge 32a of the insulating layer through hole 32 is arranged at a position corresponding to an outer edge 31a of the metal support layer through hole 31, or at a position outer than the outer edge 31a of the metal support layer through hole 31. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
