<p>The present invention relates to an apparatus for decocting a solid extract allowing to continuously heat a pottery unit which is made of ceramic and accommodates a solid extract and continuously decoct the solid extract accommodated in the pottery unit so as to extract an extract containing a large amount of beneficial components, the apparatus comprising: a burner unit which generates heat; and a pottery unit which is disposed in an upper part of the burner unit and heated by the heat provided from the burner unit, and which accommodates water and a solid extract in space for decocting, wherein the apparatus is configured to extract an extract containing components included in a solid extract. The pottery unit includes a heating container which is made of a ceramic material and secures the space for decocting; and a cover which covers an inlet formed in the space for decocting of the heating container, wherein tray elements for arranging trays are arranged in the space for decocting of the heating container in order to be vertically spaced apart from one another such that the solid extract is distributed and disposed in the space for decocting in a state of being vertically spaced apart from one another through each tray of the tray elements.</p> |
