<p>The present invention relates to a tuberculosis diagnosing method using a nano-biosensor, and more specifically, to the nano-biosensor which comprises a gold nano-probe and a magnetic micro-probe combined with an antibody against a mycobacterium tuberculosis specific antigen, and a method for detecting mycobacterium tuberculosis using the same. According to the present invention, there is no concern for infection of the mycobacterium tuberculosis, and the mycobacterium tuberculosis can be simply and effectively detected without an expensive apparatus, thereby early diagnosing the tuberculosis.</p> |
