<p>The objective of the present invention is to provide an imprinting apparatus which makes a structure of an imprinting roll simple. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the imprinting apparatus comprises: an imprinting roll having a master pattern in order to form an imprinting pattern on a synthetic resin film; a back-up roll for supporting the synthetic resin film corresponding to the imprinting roll; and a light source for locally imprinting an object unit to be imprinted of the synthetic resin film which is imprinted by the master pattern of the imprinting roll and simultaneously heating the same.</p>
