<p>The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for manufacturing dry recycled fine aggregate in an air circulation type, and more specifically, to an apparatus and a method for manufacturing dry recycled aggregate in an air circulation type which easily removes a fine particle and a fine foreign substance included in the recycled aggregate among the recycled aggregates which are produced through an industrial waste intermediate treatment process, such as crushing, sorting, etc. The apparatus for manufacturing the dry recycled aggregate in the air circulation type of the present invention comprises: a main body which respectively has an inlet which has the recycled aggregate inputted into an upper part thereof, a ventilation hole to which a ventilator is connected, a fine particle outlet from which a fine particle and a fine foreign substance are discharged, and a product discharging hole which is formed in a lower part thereof and from which the recycled aggregate is discharged; a peeling portion which is formed inside the main body and has the recycled aggregate which is inputted through the inlet hole and is free-fallen to peel off a mortar included in the recycled aggregate; a ventilator which is connected to the ventilation hole and ventilates the air toward the peeling portion to discharge the fine particle and the fine foreign substance to the fine particle outlet; a disc selecting unit which is connected to the fine particle discharging unit to separate and select the recycled aggregate including the fine particle and the fine foreign substance which are upwardly moved by the ventilation pressure of the ventilator, according to the particle size and a specific weight; and a plurality of cyclones which collect and discharge the fine particle and the fine foreign substance which are inside the disc selecting unit.</p> |
