摘要 <p>The present invention relates to a flight control apparatus of an unmanned aerial vehicle and a method thereof. A flight control apparatus according to the present invention comprises: a communications unit which receives location information and ID information of the unmanned aerial vehicle from the unmanned aerial vehicle which frequently transmits and receives location information with another surrounding unmanned aerial vehicle; a storage unit which stores location information of the plural unmanned aerial vehicles and the ID information; a movement information reception unit which receives location information right before movement and movement direction information transmitted from the unmanned aerial vehicle, which rushes toward a sensed target; and a flight control unit which dispatches a new unmanned aerial vehicle to the location of an unmanned aerial vehicle lost by a collision, controlling to restore a flight formation thereby. According to the present invention, predicting rest unmanned vehicles are possible through communicating with one aerial vehicle among multiple unmanned aerial vehicles in a formation flight which participated in a collision. Also, in restoring the unmanned aerial vehicle lost by collision, the lost unmanned aerial vehicle can be dispatched and managed in a method with high energy efficiency by controlling the flight of an unmanned aerial vehicle in a formation flight.</p>
