The present invention relates to a control apparatus using a vehicle pedal, which comprises: a first device pedal operated by the foot action of a driver and a second device; and a control unit controlling the operation of a vehicle based on pressurizing of or contact with the first device pedal and the second device. According to the present invention, when the intention of a driver to maintain a stop state of a vehicle is detected, a park brake is operated so that it is unnecessary for the driver to inconveniently step on a brake pedal. Also, when the intention of the driver to maintain the vehicle driven at a fixed speed is detected, a cruise control function is operated so that the speed of the vehicle may be controlled without inconvenience that the driver has to keep stepping on an accelerating pedal. Furthermore, various electronic apparatuses may be controlled based on the simple pedal operation of the driver, thereby improving convenience for the driver. |
