The present invention relates to a water dispenser having a powder dissolution function. More specifically, by having a central intake hole where water is discharged toward a cup placed in a lower direction and having a rotary intake hole where the water is discharged as being rotated around the central intake hole, the present invention enables to easily dissolve a powder by inducing a whirlpool phenomenon of the water contained in the cup, and to have a function of stirring a tea powder such as coffee only with an operation of receiving the water from the intake hole. According to the present invention, the water dispenser having a powder dissolution function comprises: an intake portion where the water is discharged to a lower portion; and a cup support portion for supporting the cup to make the water discharged from the intake portion be contained. The intake portion comprises: a motor; a rotary housing connected to a rotary shaft of the motor, and rotatable; the central intake hole installed on the center of rotation of the rotary housing in order to make the water be fallen in a central part inside the cup; and the rotary intake hole eccentrically installed from the center of rotation of the rotary housing in order to make the water be rotated and fallen along an internal edge of the cup. |
