摘要 The present invention relates to a structure having a solar power generation unit, comprising: a plurality of pillars installed at intervals; a power generation unit having support frames installed on the upper end of the pillars and a solar cell panel for generating electricity using sunlight; and a residence unit having a plurality of wall bodies installed between the pillars while being separated downward from the solar cell panel to prepare an inner space below the solar cell panel, and a ceiling member combined with the upper parts of the wall bodies to close the upper surface of the inner space. A solar cell panel is arranged on the support frames installed on the pillars at a position separated upward from a ceiling, and the shape of the solar cell panel does not restrict the ceiling shape of the structure. Thus, a standardized solar cell panel can be used, and therefore the structure having a solar power generation unit according to the present invention can reduce manufacturing costs. Moreover, the power generation efficiency of the solar cell panel is improved as the solar cell panel is rotated according to the radiation angle of sunlight by an angle adjusting means capable of adjusting the inclination angle of the solar cell panel between the pillars and the support frames.
