A surface treatment method and a washing machine door surface-treated using the same are disclosed. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the surface treatment method comprises the steps of: forming a coating layer by applying a coating solution containing 10 to 60 wt% of a polymerizable compound, 20 to 70 wt% of a reactive dilution agent, 0.1 to 30 wt% of a photoinitiator, and 50 to 200 wt% of a solvent with respect to 100 wt% of the polymerizable compound, the reactive dilution agent, and the photoinitiator to a surface of a target object with a transparent plastic material; and hardening the coating layer by irradiating the coating layer of the target object with light. |
