<p>Disclosed is an apparatus (102). The apparatus (102) includes a sound conduit (108) adapted to direct an acoustic signal (A1) to an anatomical cavity of a user of the apparatus (102). A sound generator generates the acoustic signal and a microphone, which is coupling with the sound conduit (108), generates a measure of the acoustic signal (A1). A processor analyses data samples of the measure of the acoustic signal (A1) from the microphone by calculation of a cepstrum with the data samples of the measure of the acoustic signal (A1). The processor then determines that the user is a pre-authorised user based on the analysis.</p> |
